Note to Self

today is the best day of someone's life.

a new baby. a dream job. a second chance at life. it might seem like an ordinary day, but for someone out there, today is extraordinary.

hi there
- so here's the thing. sometimes I'll be sitting, working, studying, drifting, and a little thought pops into my head. a tiny little thought, but something that I think is worth remembering. and sometimes, just as easily as that little snippet of sweetness floated into my head, it scurries on out. and that's when I wish there were someone in there to jot it all down for me, so that she can remind me of it just at the moment when I need to hear it most.
  
  so that's what I thought I'd do. record all my little "notes to self." for future reference. and for anyone else who might need to hear them in this very moment.
